i was really disappointed with the bathroom, its design was strange. the shower was nearly unusable, so i used the bath but it was difficult to get in. i also felt the room was a bit small because of the building's eaves.

The staff were very helpful. I found them friendly. the room was clean. The bed was quite comfortable. i also appreciated the hotel's convenient location within easy walking distance to the city centre. i liked that there was a restaurant downstairs, especially after my late flight arrival.

the location was great. i could easily walk to many attractions (it was quite convenient). the staff at the front desk were very helpful. i had a duplex beautiful double room and it was well kept.

the room felt smaller because the staircase took up a lot of space. i hit my head on a beam because the ceiling wasn't high enough. the tv was also too low relative to the bed. the bathroom lacked basic amenities (like a toothbrush and toothpaste kit).

The room was amazing. It had such a romantic atmosphere. we were greeted warmly on arrival and could leave our luggage until check-in. the staff offered to call early when our room was ready for an earlier check-in. It was sweet.

My room faced the street and loud music played until late. It disrupted my sleep.

I found my room very clean with excellent air conditioning it also had a mini fridge. the staff were friendly. They were always ready to help with anything. the location was better than i could have imagined. I found main square and loads of restaurants just a short walk away.

I had such high hopes, but the tv didn't work, and someone came up to fix it. the shower leaked, and there was mold. Housecleaning was a joke, they never changed towels or cleaned the room.
